Perfect location!
Quaint neighborhood on Kiawah! This property is a short walk or bike ride to the beach, we used the nearby private beach described in the owners book! My husband and son loved fishing from the neighborhood dock! Would definitely visit again!

Wonderful
“The Sparrow Pond Cottages on Kiawah Island are just lovely. Clean, plenty of room, great wi-fi access, great management. Close walk to the beach, quiet, in a wooded park-like setting. We had everything we needed with easy access to so many wonderful places to visit. The area is full of history and gardens - with a lot more diversity than we learned in school! Many places drove us to dive deeper into learning more. Great place to stay.”

Great quiet getaway
“My wife, my in-laws and I needed to be in Charleston for a week and a half for my wife to have surgery. The hotel we booked ended up being filthy and we found this rental a bit further from the hospital but with a great set-up for our stay. Susie did a fantastic job making sure we had everything we needed for a fast check-in. The house was super peaceful and a short walk to the beach. The beach was gorgeous and allowed for everyone to decompress and my wife to recover. We weren’t here for vacation, but it sure felt like one. I was able to work from the house and things like groceries were convenient and easy to find. We will almost certainly be back.”

Lovely Getaway
“We had a wonderful stay at this cottage on Kiawah Island. It was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Loved the glassed-in porch. We enjoyed biking around the island.
